Monthly Paying Members:
You can benefit from £40 on any GymnaX Camp.
Non-Members:
Camp attendance is available at a rate of £55 per camp.

First Hour - (10:00pm -11:00pm)
Warm Up Game - 10min
Stretch - 20 min
Working on strength - 15 min
Working on flexibility - 15 min
Second Hour - (11:00pm -12:00pm)
Group work on Refining Specific Moves
Third Hour - (12:00pm -1:00pm)
Group Work on Linking Moves Together
Snack Break - (1:00pm -1:15pm)

Building a routine - 30min
Individual Group work on Apparatus 1 - 15 min
Individual Group work on Apparatus 2 - 15 min
Fifth Hour
Obstacle course - 20 min
Games - 20 min

Venue Locations & Directions
Checklist Before the GymnaX Camp
Attire:
Suitable clothing for gymnastics
No jewellery
Long hair should be tied back.
Eating and Drinking:
No eating during activities .
Water should be in plastic or metal bottles with resealable lids.
Cans or glass bottles are not allowed.
Arrival and Pick-Up:
Arrive on time, already dressed for the activity.
Parents/guardians must pick up their children promptly.
